East End Campus - community use consultation/engagement event

I am emailing today to let you know that there is further engagement happening with regards to the East End Campus in Douglas Community Centre. In addition to the East End Campus being the site for the new school that will replace Braeview Academy and Craigie High set to open in 2024, this will be a facility for all the community to use.

The architects working on this project will be running a drop in session at Douglas community centre on Wednesday 23rd February between 17:30 – 19:30 where you can discuss the building with them and they will consult on what facilities/spaces you would like to see in the building. This is your chance to shape the facility for you and your communities use. This would be a good opportunity for a rep from one of your respective groups to be able to go along and have a say.

If you cannot make the sessions, a display will be in Douglas Community Centre between Tuesday 22nd and Friday 24th February where you can have a look at plans and there will be a box to leave feedback for the architects.
