Issues with Laptops (provided by school)
We have found that the conflict between having two office accounts makes it tricky for pupils to save to Glow. It also seems the only local place they can save on the PC is the downloads folder.
There are other ways for pupils to save work when they attach it. This has been covered by in a two page "how to" guide plus a walkthrough video. is a new section which covers as many issues as we know are coming up frequently for schools.
